Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Group Surveying Manager within our team at Vistry Group. As a senior commercial manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the commercial success of the Group by providing independent commercial assurance and supporting divisions and regions on commercial processes and systems.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and make a real impact on the commercial success of the Group. As a group surveying manager, you will be responsible for providing overall independent commercial assurance to the Group through analytical data reviews and attendance at regional monthly CVR meetings. You will also provide support to divisions and regions on commercial processes and systems, including onboarding and risk analysis. Furthermore, you will be responsible for sharing commercial best practices across regions, divisions, and the wider Group through forums and attending every monthly CVR project meeting to provide challenge to regional teams and support to divisions.

What We Offer
Vistry Group offers a competitive package that includes a basic salary of £70,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus an annual bonus, company car, car allowance, or travel allowance, as well as a range of other benefits including private medical insurance, enhanced maternity, paternity, and adoption leave, and a pension scheme. Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in surveying, building, or a similar field, and/or be a member of or working towards becoming a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) or Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Additionally, you will need to have extensive experience working within the construction industry, preferably as a managing QS or commercial manager, and be familiar with IT systems such as COINS and Viewpoint document management system.
