Pensions Administration Role Overview

This is a key position within our Implementation team, supporting the delivery of work in a consistent and market-leading manner. The successful candidate will ensure new business is delivered effectively for the Administration business.

The role reports into the Project Manager/Implementation Lead and works closely with the Administration business, particularly the Admin Systems and Admin BAU teams, as well as stakeholders from across Isio and third parties.

The ideal candidate can be based in our Birmingham, Reading or Manchester city centre office with a hybrid workstyle.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work within a team to deliver Implementation work.
  2. Support stakeholders in understanding how Project Management processes and systems can be utilised most effectively across Implementations.
  3. Play an active role in the delivery of work by assisting the Project Manager/Implementation Lead.
  4. Collaborate on the design and implementation of processes and procedures related to Implementations.
  5. Evaluate work against established processes and procedures.
  6. Maintain the Project plan, RAG status, and documentation.
  7. Establish trustee bank accounts and set up scheme phone numbers and project plans.
  8. Analyse and review data received.
Requirements:
  1. Experience working within a Pensions Administration BAU team.
  2. Excellent Planning & Organisational skills.
  3. Strong analytical skills and creative approach to achieving work goals.
