Pensions Administration Project Coordinator Job Description

In this critical role, you will contribute significantly to the success of our Implementation team by providing administrative support and ensuring seamless project execution.

Working closely with our Project Manager/Implementation Lead and other stakeholders, you will help drive the delivery of high-quality work while maintaining excellent relationships with our Administration business, particularly the Admin Systems and Admin BAU teams.

This role offers the flexibility to be based in our Birmingham, Reading, or Manchester city centre offices, allowing for a harmonious work-life balance.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion.
  2. Support stakeholders in using project management tools effectively.
  3. Provide administrative assistance to the Project Manager/Implementation Lead.
  4. Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
  5. Review and evaluate project deliverables against set standards.
  6. Manage project documentation, including the project plan, RAG status, and trackers.
  7. Set up trustee bank accounts and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
  8. Process and review data received from various sources.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A background in Pensions Administration or a related field.
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and analytical abilities.
