About the De Vere Emerging Leader Programme

The De Vere Emerging Leader Programme is a 14-month structured development programme designed to kick-start your career in hospitality. As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will gain valuable experience and insight into each operational department that makes a hotel and events venue run smoothly.

Programme Structure

The programme begins with an insight into the departments at the heart of running a hotel and events venue. For the first 6 months, you will spend time in 6 different departments learning new skills to gain an excellent foundation. Following this, you will work with the Management team to choose 2 departments to focus on and gain a greater depth of knowledge, including learning about the duties involved at a supervisory level.
