About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrator to join our Production Arts team as a Production Arts Development Officer. This is a fixed-term contract until July 2026, offering an estimated salary of £30,000-£35,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will provide operational support for our growing outreach programme, including production support for events such as the Backstage Roadshow and Get Backstage programme. They will also assist with student recruitment events and represent the Production Arts department at industry conferences.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a multi-skilled department covering all backstage disciplines. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, be able to relate to clients, teachers, arts stakeholders, and students, and maintain a safe working environment.
