About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to fill the position of Arts Portfolio Developer at Disability Arts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new creative projects for young people, focusing on disadvantaged communities.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving theatre- or arts-based projects from inception to delivery, with strong creative judgment and collaboration skills.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new creative projects for young people, focusing on disadvantaged communities in line with our 2030 Strategy.
  • Tailor and expand existing programmes to enhance their impact and reach.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and evaluation.
