About the Role

Arts Council is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Development Specialist to drive the charity's education work with children and families in London and across the country.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and running programmes in the arts, with strong planning, organisational, and evaluation skills. They must be an excellent communicator, creative, and energetic, and a committed advocate for the arts and theatre.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Curate and organise the Children & Families programme, including identifying and recruiting appropriate practitioners, developing the programme as required.
  2. Build the Children and Families database, including SEND and mainstream organisations.
  3. Work with the CEO to set project budgets and ensure projects stay within budget.
  4. Collaborate with the Development and Income Generation Teams to raise funding for the Children & Families programme.
