Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the operational delivery of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to provide HR advice and guidance.
  • Manage complex HR projects, including employee relations, wellbeing, and performance management.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification in HR.
  • Proven experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
