Global Licensing Director

We are seeking an experienced Global Licensing Lead to join our team at Viasat. This is a critical role in driving our global licensing efforts and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive global licensing strategy aligned with business unit needs and priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for licensing and market access matters, both internally and externally.
- Manage complex global licensing projects and track project status on a country-by-country basis.
- Collaborate with other regulatory team members to identify and overcome application 'blockers.'
- Partner closely with other Viasat teams to obtain necessary inputs and facilitate internal review of relevant licensing materials.
- Demonstrable experience in government and regulatory affairs, particularly in telecommunications-related licensing matters.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with leadership and teammates.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$150,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
