Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Peer Worker. As a Peer Worker, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one and group support to clients experiencing crisis, utilizing the Peer Support Model.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our innovative community mental health services. You will work closely with our team to provide support and guidance to clients, helping them to explore their needs and develop coping strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and group support to clients experiencing crisis, utilizing the Peer Support Model
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement support plans for clients
  • Contribute to the development of our innovative community mental health services
  • Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills. You will also need a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.
