About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mental Health Liaison Practitioner to join our team at Aspect Healthcare. As a key member of our crisis intervention team, you will play a vital role in supporting young people and their carers who are presenting in mental health crisis.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people and their carers in crisis situations
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety planning to ensure the well-being of service users
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, carers, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the crisis intervention service
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a qualified mental health practitioner
  • Experience as a care co-ordinator or in a similar role
  • CAMHS experience or crisis care experience
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality care and support to service users
  • Current NMC pin and ability to work in the UK
