Job Title: Achats - Contract Manager de service F/H

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team at ITS (Southampton) Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, profitability, and zero snags.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and submit valuations to ensure accurate financial control.
  2. Certify subcontractor and supplier payments to maintain strong relationships.
  3. Place subcontract orders and manage material procurement to meet project deadlines.
  4. Prepare Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) and accruals to ensure financial accuracy.
  5. Attend weekly internal coordination meetings to drive project progress.
  6. Prepare and issue monthly contractor reports to stakeholders.
  7. Create, manage, and review construction programmes to ensure on-time delivery.
  8. Collate RFIs and CSIs to address project queries.
  9. Maintain health and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  10. Review and obtain Temporary Works designs to ensure compliance.
  11. Provide input to the weekly labour meeting to optimize resource allocation.
  12. Manage all contract documents, including specifications, drawings, and revisions.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with significant experience in Quantity Surveying, project surveying, and financial control. A background in project management with experience of JCT contracts is a distinct advantage. You will have excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to demonstrate personal responsibility and success.
