Job Summary:

Hampshire County Council is seeking a skilled IT Contract Management Analyst to join our Service Management Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing our wide array of contracts and suppliers within IT Services, Infrastructure, Software, and Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement commercial and contract negotiation, establishment, service oversight, and compliance of major IT contracts.
  • Contribute to the review of all existing contracts and services, as well as supporting procurement with new services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Provide expert advice on contract management best practices and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or software asset management, with a strong understanding of ITIL Service Management principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
