Quality Improvement Programme Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Improvement Programme Manager to join our Central Quality Improvement team at Devon Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving forward quality improvement and patient safety activities across the organisation and its services.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading quality improvement initiatives and will be able to demonstrate their ability to work effectively with clinical and professional staff to deliver high-quality patient care. They will also have experience of managing and leading performance and identifying areas for improvement, as well as direct experience of managing and leading CQC requirements and change management.
The Quality Improvement Programme Manager will be responsible for leading a central improvement team in effectively delivering on Trust quality improvement priorities through various programmes and projects. They will also provide the necessary links with national and local improvement initiatives across the organisation and will work to develop and implement quality metrics and to support the development of quality indicators.
The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly across the week and will be required to travel around Devon to work with the clinical teams within their bases. Whilst the post will be based at Franklyn House, agreement for a hybrid model of working from home and Franklyn House will be required and can be discussed at interview.

Person Specification- Educated to master's level or equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area
- Specialist knowledge of specialist areas (IHI/Lean/ISP/Flow Coaching/Clinical Audit/NICE), acquired through training and experience to Patient Safety Officer or equivalent level
- Evidence of post-qualifying and continuing professional development
- Professional registration
- IT qualification or equivalent experience/competence
