Support Staff Position

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at Cumberland. This part-time role offers the opportunity to work closely with our teaching staff, supporting the delivery of high-quality education to our students.

Salary: This position comes with an annual salary of £23,893, paid on a pro rata basis for term-time only plus one week inset.

Responsibilities
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to students, working closely with teaching staff to promote a positive learning environment.
  • Support the implementation of lesson plans, adapting to individual student needs and demonstrating flexibility when required.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with colleagues, parents, and the wider community, fostering positive relationships and promoting a sense of belonging.
