We are seeking a skilled Systems Development and Information Officer to join our team at Cumbria County Council. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of our HR and Payroll system (iTrent), providing support to payroll, HR, and all managers and employees using the online systems.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance and development of key business management systems
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- On-going analysis of strengths and deficits to support effective service delivery
Knowledge of working with iTrent Systems for Payroll and HR services is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have experience in a large, complex organisation and an understanding of relevant local authority performance indicators, procedures, and legislation, including GDPR and Information Security.
