We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the total reward strategy for our clients, including benefits and compensation.
Key Responsibilities- Benefits Management: Develop and implement benefits programs that meet the needs of our clients, including private medical, dental, insurance, and employee benefits.
- Employee Communications: Manage employee queries and communications related to changes in benefits and compensation.
- Total Rewards Liaison: Liaise with partners and vendors to ensure seamless total rewards management.
- Team Management: Lead a team of 2 professionals in managing international benefits.
- Compensation Analysis: Conduct compensation analysis and provide support to senior stakeholders.
- Pension Administration: Manage pension administration and contributions.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in leading total reward for a similar organization.
- Financial and Benefits Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills in financial and benefits management, with expertise in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Radford and WTW surveys.
- Consulting Experience: Ideal experience in consulting, either internally or client-facing.
- EMEA and APAC Experience: Experience working in EMEA and APAC, including India.
