Job Title: Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Reward. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, delivering strategic campaigns, and providing a retail perspective to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with household brands, deliver exciting products, and provide tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Onboarding and Implementation: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products and services.
  • Strategic Planning and Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve client objectives and drive business growth.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Contract Management: Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring all terms are met and clients are informed of any changes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any client issues or complaints quickly and effectively.
  • Market and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and advice.
  • Cross Team Support: Provide support with key tasks, such as management of customer queries or forecasting for the wider team.
Requirements:
  • Account Management Experience: Proven experience in account management, with a history of exceeding lead targets.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills via phone and email.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business sense and the ability to work to budgets.
  • Team Player: Great team player with a motivated and self-starting attitude.
