- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a sales or business development role.
- Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of cloud technology and sales strategies, with a focus on startups and small to medium-sized businesses.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
