We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Growth Leader to join our team at Lyra Technology Group. As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving new logo sales growth and building a sustainable organic growth model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionalize the sales function by building out structure, sales process, tooling, comp plans, BDR teams, marketing, metrics, and playbooks.
- Lead cross-functional growth campaigns to drive new logo sales growth, working closely with sales, account management, marketing, and operations teams.
- Act as a business partner to the CEO, formulating overall business strategy and executing.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and growth.
