Head of Sales

Lord Search and Selection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Sales to join their senior management team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Industrial Machinery & Capital Equipment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth
- Extensive experience in sales and business development, preferably in the Aerospace, Defence, Automotive, Industrial Machinery & Capital Equipment sectors
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
