About the role

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced youth worker to join our team in delivering high-quality youth services within the Hillingdon Youth Offer. As a Lead Programme Delivery Worker, you will work collaboratively with children and young people, parents, and professionals to develop and implement targeted services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in community development and leadership, as well as a proven track record of managing and leading groups and individuals. They will be confident in planning, delivering, and evaluating group and one-to-one interventions, and possess excellent communication and listening skills.

Salary: £34,000 per annum (pro-rated to 18 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver an effective education and prevention programme offer, including workshops, assemblies, and community events for children and young people, parents, and professionals.
  • To work collaboratively with the team to plan, deliver, and evaluate group and one-to-one interventions.
  • To provide guidance and support to colleagues on best practice in youth work.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in community development and leadership.
  • Proven track record of managing and leading groups and individuals.
