Job Title: Disability Support Team Lead

About Us:

We are Mariposa Care Group Ltd, a leading provider of specialist residential care for adults with mental health diagnoses.

Your Role:

As a Disability Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, person-centred support to our residents while supervising and mentoring your team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach team members to ensure they excel in their roles.
  • Deliver high-quality care by assisting residents with personal needs and upholding dignity, respect, and privacy.
  • Care planning: Ensure comprehensive, up-to-date, and consistently followed plans for each resident.
  • Medication management: Dispense medication accurately and maintain detailed records.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a care home or similar environment.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring a team (preferred).
  • Holds a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or is committed to achieving one).
  • Compassionate, organised, and ready to take the next step in their career.

Salary: £12.94 per hour, estimated salary: £25,791 - £31,200 per annum (based on a 36-hour workweek).
