We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Middlesbrough, Cleveland. In this role, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs, enabling them to enjoy every day to the fullest.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work flexibly, and possess a passion for delivering high-quality care. As a Care Assistant, you will work closely with our service users and their families to develop personalized support plans and ensure that their needs are met.

This role offers a competitive salary of £24,000 - £27,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including pension contributions, 28 days leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. We offer full training and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to service users
  • Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users and their families
  • Working flexibly to meet the needs of the service, including daytimes, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays
