Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, be warm, and able to work in a person-centred way. A full driving license is essential for this role. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team and be flexible in your approach to meet the changing needs of our service users.

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role. You will also receive a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
