Administrative Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team on a permanent basis. This role can be conducted under full-time hours, but a part-time working week of 24-30 hours will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting sales and orders
  • Dealing with customer queries
  • Liaising with colleagues in other units
  • Organising deliveries
  • General office administration

The ideal candidate will have a confident and outgoing manner, be able to effectively multi-task, and possess good interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for greeting visitors by phone and in person, as well as providing general support to visitors.

The successful candidate will have varied duties, including adding sales orders to SAGE, directing incoming calls and emails, and providing general support to visitors. They will also be responsible for ensuring that documentation is accurately processed and filed, presenting the organisation in a professional manner, and communicating effectively with other departments.

Requirements:
  • Computer literate, particularly Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/SAGE
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly
  • Professional in all aspects of work
  • Self-Motivated
  • Attention to detail

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience. Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) or part-time 3-4 days per week (24-30 hours). Benefits include a competitive salary, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
