About the Role:

The Administrative Support Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations.

This varied and interesting position requires an organized individual who is proactive, able to multitask, and willing to learn new skills continuously.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Provide general administrative support to the office team.
  2. Answer phone calls from clients, greet walk-in customers, and manage client requests efficiently.
  3. Schedule work and manage appointments with precision.
  4. Send reminders for invoices and contact customers about outstanding payments.
  5. Assist with VAT returns and payroll duties, with training provided as necessary.

Key Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably with a proven track record of delivering results.
  2. Punctual, reliable, and well-organized, with excellent time management skills.
  3. Able to maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
