Job Responsibilities

As an Adult Caseworker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering comprehensive debt advice through casework, phone, and email
  • Helping clients maximise their income through the uptake of eligible benefits
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed case records
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle a varied caseload under pressure
  • A solid understanding of interviewing techniques
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
