Customer Support Specialist

MSX International is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover in Gaydon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our global clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat, or email. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior support specialists
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution
  • Recording and tracking customer interactions and issues in our ticketing system
  • Generating reports and analytics to inform support strategies and improve customer satisfaction

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically confident individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will have:

  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of PC and MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
