Customer Support Specialist

MSX International is seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Jaguar Land Rover in Gaydon. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our global clients.

About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, chat, or email. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving technical issues and escalating complex problems to senior team members
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution
  • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Developing and maintaining knowledge of our products and services

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will have:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical support environment
  • Strong technical skills, including knowledge of PC and MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Pattern and Location
