About the Role: As a Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a residential elderly care home. You will work alongside the Senior Management Team to provide high-end care and give a great quality of life within a residential dementia setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that all aspects of care are delivered to a high standard.
- Lead a team of care staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent care.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making improvements as necessary.
- Work closely with the Senior Management Team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Good experience of working in a care home environment, preferably with a luxury elderly residential dementia service.
- Experience of managing autonomously and making decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
