Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and exceed customer expectations.
  • Organize and prioritize work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to increase sales and brand recognition.
  • Set high standards for self and others, and support actions that secure achievement of team objectives.
  • Utilize excellent organizational skills in a customer-facing environment.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and success in closing sales.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to use Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPCs).
