We are seeking a talented and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join our client's dynamic team in the distribution industry. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you

Daily Tasks:
- Provide outstanding customer service support to clients and customers utilising the companies software and technology in order to do so
- Process orders and ensure accuracy in data entry, updating the company CRM
- Respond to inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues efficiently and promptly using your excellent customer service skills
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of customer requests
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance customer experience, ideas are welcomed here
- Provide periodic reports to management on customer service metrics which you will be trained on how to collate
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data entry
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Knowledge of the distribution industry is a plus but not essential, you may have worked in retail, manufacturing, logistics or similar - your customer service experience is most relevant
