We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Cvent. As a Senior Sales Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities with key partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Strategic Accounts Team and Customer Success Team to ensure seamless coordination and effective sales execution.
  • Analyze performance data to provide insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, driving business growth and expansion.
  • Travel up to 20% to represent Cvent at major tradeshows and client meetings, hosting product seminars and presentations.
  • Work with both teams to secure adoption of contracted tools and uncover new sales opportunities, taking ownership of projects to strengthen cooperation between teams.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience selling to and/or managing hotel accounts at the corporate level.
  • Familiarity with high outbound call volume and high talk time sales environments.
  • Strong analytical skills, experience with data analysis, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to speak German to a business standard is a huge plus.
