Sales Manager North M/F

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the North region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing revenue through the UK security distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners in the designated area.
- Review and respond to Access Control and Integrated Systems tenders from end-users, systems integrators, and channel partners.
- Work with the internal sales and support team to compile tender responses, including compliance statements and bill of quantities.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the TDSi Gardis product portfolio.
- Achieve sales targets through sales of Access Control products within the defined territory.
- Liaise with end-users as required to ensure customer satisfaction and promote a favorable image of the company.
- Direct sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Tender response experience and knowledge of Access Control systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good IT skills with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and databases.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and autonomous personality with a 'can-do' attitude.
