Job Title: Sales Manager North

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in the North region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the North region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling our products and services.
  • Proactively engage with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of our products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in the security industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and flexible approach.
  • Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
