Job Summary

The Todd Hayes Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Management Engineer to join their team in Norwich. This is a 12-month contract position, working full-time, Monday to Friday.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing safety engineering support to our clients' operations and projects. You will conduct competent in-house safety studies, including Total Risk Management, HAZID, Bowtie, ALARP, consequence modeling using DNV GL PHAST or FLARESIM software, Mini Quantitative Risk Assessments, Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment, and more.

You will also prepare Safety Case Material Changes, identify opportunities for improving QSSHE standards and performance, provide coaching and guidance to operations, engineering, and other teams on regulatory compliance, and engage with regulatory bodies on matters of HSE.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Higher technical qualification in an engineering field
  • 10+ years experience in Safety Engineering in the Oil & Gas Industry
  • Software knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel mandatory), PHAST, PHA-Pro, BowTie XP, FLARESIM
  • Chartered in mechanical, chemical/process engineering desirable

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
