About the Role

We offer an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Senior Civil Engineering Contract Manager to take on a challenging role in our Commercial Department. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in shaping and influencing high-profile projects that set industry benchmarks in innovation and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, contracts, and bills of quantities.
  • Negotiate contracts and work schedules to deliver optimal results.
  • Monitor projects to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Provide legal and risk-related advice, helping to resolve disputes.
  • Compile detailed reports on costs and project progress.
What You'll Need
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in commercial roles, preferably with a Main Contractor or Consultancy.
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • An enthusiasm for civil engineering, highways, and the construction sector.
Salary and Benefits

This is a highly competitive role offering a salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, health insurance, and professional development opportunities.
