Job Overview
Randstad Construction and Property is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. This role will provide an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of civil engineering schemes, including major highway improvements, aviation projects, and specialist framework projects.

About the Role
This position involves procuring sub-contractors, negotiating costs with various parties, and drawing up contracts. The ideal candidate will have excellent IT skills and be able to work within an integrated team. Responsibilities include monthly reporting, managing subcontractors, and working within NEC 3 or 4 Option B and E guidelines.

Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a degree/HND in Quantity Surveying and experience with NEC 3 or 4 Option B and E. A salary of £50-55k (negotiable) is offered for this permanent role.
