One Construction Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the commercial department, you will play a crucial role in shaping and influencing projects that set industry benchmarks in innovation and quality.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates, contracts, and bills of quantities to ensure optimal project outcomes.
  • Negotiate contracts and work schedules to deliver results that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Monitor projects to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines, providing timely and effective solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Provide legal and risk-related advice to help resolve disputes and mitigate potential risks.
  • Compile detailed reports on costs and project progress to inform business decisions.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in commercial roles and experience working with Main Contractors or Consultancies. Your expertise in NEC contracts and passion for civil engineering will be invaluable assets to our team.

A minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial role is required, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
