Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business analysts in an agile team environment
  • Contribute to system designs and review peer designs
  • Mentor colleagues in development technologies, tools, and processes
  • Prioritize initiatives, balancing competing needs and developing coherent strategies
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Technical Requirements:

  • C# experience with ASP.Net MVC, Web API, and JavaScript
  • SQL Server database queries/design/modeling skills
  • Agile software development expertise
  • Desire to learn new technologies/tools as needed
  • Strong professional hands-on .NET experience (5+ years)

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related engineering discipline
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Azure Apps/DevOps knowledge
  • .Net Core/.Net 5+ experience
  • Architecture expertise in OOP, SOLID, DDD, Microservices
  • UX/UI Design skills
