About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at Longlands Care Home. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily routines and personal care, including washing, bathing, and toilet use
- Assist with medication administration and other care tasks as required
- Build positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a safe and respectful environment, promoting dignity and well-being
