Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Sales, UK. As an Enterprise Senior Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to expand our business by establishing new accounts and customers in our desired market segments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and acquire new clients through contract negotiations, order procurement, and account establishment.
  • Navigate multiple divisions and departments of major corporations to build relationships and close deals.
  • Craft complex deal structures and negotiate agreements.
  • Exceed sales targets and maintain a consistent daily work schedule to contact existing or potential clients.
  • Maintain management informed by submitting activity reports and monitoring competition.
  • Work closely with the HoS on special projects, such as onboarding, sales enablement initiatives, and cross-departmental goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attaining deals from key accounts under strategic ICPs, including guiding growth marketing on Account-Based Marketing initiatives aligned with key accounts, assembling RFP/tender teams upon receiving bid proposals, strategically mapping out and penetrating key accounts, and contributing to team OKRs.

About You

You should have 6+ years of prior sales experience at a senior level selling complex Enterprise solutions, with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets. You should also possess fluency in English, both verbal and written, great relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills, familiarity with Salesforce CRM and other typical systems, and be a self-starter who takes initiative.

A passion for helping prospective customers scale up their business through Music, Media, and SaaS solutions is essential, as well as an active interest in music and/or media. Adaptability and a willingness to adapt to change within a rapidly growing company are also highly valued.

What We Offer
