Primary Learning Support Assistant

About the RoleThe Primary Learning Support Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting teaching staff and pupils by delivering engaging lessons, developing tailored interventions, and contributing to classroom preparation and pupil assessments.
Key ResponsibilitiesSome of the key responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering high-quality educational content to pupils.
- Supporting teaching staff with lesson planning, preparation, and delivery.
- Contributing to the development of pupil assessments and evaluations.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A HLTA qualification or relevant experience working in a primary setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with teaching staff and pupils.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, ensuring seamless delivery of educational content.
This role offers a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
