Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the receipt and storage of parts and materials, ensuring accurate inventory management and efficient stock control.
- Process and dispatch parts and materials to customers and internal teams, meeting tight deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless parts coordination and supply chain management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiating prices and ensuring timely delivery of parts and materials.
- Monitor and report on parts inventory levels, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Parts Coordinator or in a related role, with a strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex inventory and supply chain issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £26,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses.
