About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team at VolkerLaser, a leading provider of specialist construction services. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the activities of site teams to ensure efficient and safe working practices.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, including CDM regulations and the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project activities, including quality documentation and site reports.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in concrete and waterproofing.
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations and health and safety best practices.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage site teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to deliver projects to the highest standards.
