About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team on the HS2 project in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the waterproofing and firestopping of precast concrete cut and cover tunnels, including 4 shafts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the site team to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • Collate and maintain quality documentation.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Monitor and control costs, resources, and timelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in concrete and waterproofing on large projects.
  • Familiarity with CDM regulations and Health and Safety at Work Act.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • CSCS - Black or Gold.
  • First Aid certification.
  • TWC certification.
