About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team on our HS2 project in Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the site team to ensure that all work is completed on time and to budget
  • Ensure that all site operations are carried out in accordance with CDM regulations and Health and Safety at Work Act
  • Collate and maintain quality documentation and records
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all site requirements are met
  • Monitor and report on site progress and performance

Requirements

  • Concrete and waterproofing experience on large projects
  • Familiarity with CDM regulations and Health and Safety at Work Act
  • Experience with collating quality documentation
  • CSCS - Black or Gold
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • TWC
