About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to join our team on our HS2 project in Buckinghamshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and Health and Safety at Work Act
  • Collate and maintain quality documentation
  • Manage and maintain site records and reports
  • Supervise and train site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards on site

Requirements

  • Concrete and waterproofing experience on large projects
  • Familiarity with CDM regulations and Health and Safety at Work Act
  • Experience with collating quality documentation
  • CSCS - Black or Gold
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid
  • TWC
