About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lodge Manager at Blenheim Lodge. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being, and managing the day-to-day operations of the lodge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the lodge, ensuring a safe and secure environment for residents
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate events and activities for residents, promoting a sense of community and social interaction
  • Manage the administration of the lodge, including resident records, billing, and other administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, property management, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook
